....and on that note here's one that was added to the web site today:

For the information of all shareholders:

Your company has recently disassociated itself from an individual by the name of Claude Grespinet (WILLIAM I here on SI), and his company, Grespinet Investments, Inc. of Brentwood, CA.

The reason that we disassociated ourselves is because Mr. Grespinet recently defrauded this company out of five million AWLT shares, which were given to his firm as collateral for a loan that never materialized. Mr. Grespinet has decided to sell these misappropriated shares on the open market- illegally and in violation of our contract- and pocket the money, driving the OTC share price down in the process.

For your further information, it has been Mr. Grespinet's style in the past to jump onto various internet sites, anonymously of course, and hammer the companies with which he is in dispute, by inventing horror stories that are total fabrications. If you see new stories appearing about the company, for no apparent reason, either ignore them or make appropriate inquiry of the company, and demand an explanation for whatever unsettling information you may have run across; we'll be
pleased to set the record straight.

I regret we have had a run of "Bums Of The Month" lately, with whom we wind up having to explain our involvement; we're trying extremely hard to stay away from the bad guys, but despite our best efforts, we still occasionally get caught.

I believe that our transfer agent and attorneys will be able to adequately protect the company and its shareholders from this particular predator, and that the company's OTC trading shares will eventually recover to their former levels in the near future.
