Don: If the FED cuts Rates again in November you might find yourself quickly switching from neutral into a high gear up move... By then we would have completed most of the year end tax loss selling... This will provide a good platform for a market advance into the first Qtr of 1999... Currently there are: New Highs 16 New Lows 19 New Lows continue to dry up... This with a favorable interest rate environment should result in an improved market environment... Jim
