That is where it is going to get tricky again, imo. You asked,
"Did MIDL do anything wrong?"

My initial reaction to this was the thought that if MIDL had done anything wrong, the SEC would have named them in the action as well. However, upon second thought, Stephen King did not hold someone up at the company and demand that stock in exchange for his promotion. Somebody at the company had to agree to give King all of this stock. Whether it was Fisher or Pierce or King himself(he was a former CEO) I do not know. I do plan to find out, though.

Makes me wonder, because I remember Fisher calling this a $75 stock.
