ADVISORY/Record Turnout Expected for AEA Classic Financial Conference
117 High Tech Growth Companies from Bay Area to Participate
--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

One hundred and seventeen technology growth firms from the Bay Area will be participating in the twenty-eighth American Electronics Association (AEA) Classic Financial Conference to be held in San Diego, Nov. 8-12.

In total, more than 400 top high tech companies from across the United States will meet with some 1,300 financial analysts and investment bankers at the conference.

The AEA Classic is open to all AEA member companies and provides them with the ideal forum for informing the financial community of their past performance and plans for the future. Whether a company has just gone public or is an established public firm, the Classic offers a time and cost-effective way for management to have a direct influence on how their firm is perceived by the financial community.

The conference will be launched at a reception on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Hotel and Marina in San Diego.

Individual company meetings, also held in the Sheraton, will start on Monday, Nov. 9 at 8:15 a.m. The conference will be divided into three sessions, the first for larger firms (Nov. 9-10), the second for mid-size companies (Nov. 10-11) and the third for small companies (Nov. 11-12).

The press is invited. A list of the companies from the Bay Area is attached. For more information, call John Hatch, 408/987-4232.
