Potential value of this agreement is second to that of the Schering-Plough agreement signed in December 1994. If this deal is structured in a similar manner, a large portion of the value will be realized only if and when milestones are achieved. The S-P contract initially had milestone payments of up to $49M, out of $78M total value excluding royalties. Perhaps PCOP will file an Exhibit on Form 8-K giving the terms of the agreement, including milestones.
