Comments, Request I don't know if this is a silly comment, but I am coming to an opinion that the market's current horizontal bias over the last week or so is good for those who like to buy and sell based on technical analysis, as it would appear that technical factors will not be overshadowed by frenzied buying and selling associated with wild swings in the market. Cup and Handle I have heard this mentioned from time to time, but have never seen this phenomenon described or illustrated. Can you help me with this ? SEG Tom Sterner has had this on his list for the last couple of days, I went long yesterday. Scott, I don't know if you're going to get the net back working, but SEG looks pretty good here, other opinions (looks like another good call by Tom - just like THQI was) David
