TM, I've been thinking about it after you reraised the issue today. I guess the big question is how much benefit LU might see in DIGI's product line. Seems that if LU wanted DIGI they could have bought it outright. Are they interested in the cable business? Seems that ALA brings some undesirable overhead along with it such as remaining holdings in Alstom, and I believe ALA has a significant holding in some kind of nuclear plant that France won't let them unload...I'll have to check my facts on this. I'd like to invite everyone here to the new ALA thread with no hard feelings... Subject 23002 ...this is my last post on this thread and I'm deleting the bookmark. sf
