Hi all, I actually typed this earlier or something similar at least, but it would appear that SI's server problem nuked it. I was just dropping a quick note of update.
- there are a couple of product contracts being negotiated currently (Taylor), but until they are reality, they are NOT, if you know what I mean. I am not suggesting that there is something gone astray or anything of that nature, just that until these sorts of things have signatures on the bottom line and money changes hands, anything can happen.
- the deal that was being broached, when we first learned of the potential for the Taylor sale, is still being looked at. I don't have any update on the actual progress, but my guess is that if it is a big enough deal to replace Taylor then it isn't an overnighter. Something else that would seem likely, is that it would be a big enough deal to cause, at least a short term, halt. I spoke with the exchange some time ago and they suggested that that would be a likely scenario.
- as for the Taylor sale, I haven't heard much more about that. If Taylor continues to progress, garner additional contracts, etc. then it will be awfully difficult to justify a sale. Or at least it would suggest that the package, being bantered about before with Skytex, should be sweetened (and in a big way from my vantage point).
That's all I can offer at the moment.
