Greg, I believe NSCP is prepared to sue MSFT in Civil Court for damages in restraint of trade, etc. Civil suits are easier to win (eg: OJ Simpson), and damages can be tripled. If MSFT loses in the DOJ case, then there would be a high probability that NSCP would prevail in a civil suit. Even if MSFT wins the DOJ suit, the civil suit has a chance because there is a much lower burden of proof in a civil case. I believe this to be correct. The damages could be very significant. Larry
