Mazen, On Yahoo someone just mentioned something I've often noticed with SEPR, namely the late-day spike. Today it happened again. Down a couple points all day, come back in the last hour, close unchanged. This happens all the time with SEPR. What do you think it means? Is someone supporting the price with a timely late buy? Is it true, as the Yahoo poster suggested, that SEPR is a stock you want to own at the end of the day, given the potential for positive announcements? As a technician, how do you read this phenomenon? Generally, what do your instincts tell you?

thanks, Bruce
