Thanks for the China link. The Q has its work cut out for it in China. No doubt about that. There is a sort of triple whammy to deal with. There is of course the installed GSM base and expansion of it is the path of least resistance. And Ericy has a long history of "favors" for its friends. Helpful in China. In addition, and this is perhaps the toughest nut to crack, the Q has been allied with Great Wall which has been (to put it simply) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Peoples Liberation Army. And right now the civilian leadership is hell bent on "reform" which includes cutting back on PLA business involvement. But given the business and political skills very evident in Q's management, all this delays but does not stop the movement of CDMA (and the Q) into China IMO. But who knows. Any wiser heads have a comment or two on CDMA and China? Chaz
