HELLO EVERYBODY!

Quite an interesting day today,

Oil Well Services & Equipment Index: 491.81 down 14 (2.77%)
Oil Prices : $14.30 up $0.17 (1.19%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Today's action was curious, to say the least, after the Dept. of Energy showed that crude oil supply had ballooned by 3.5 million barrels, oil-well equipment makers took the news rather badly as the equipment index dropped by over 4%. Then at 2 p.m. EST the worlds biggest equipment makers Halliburton (HAL) and Schlumberger (SLB) suddenly turned and both ended up higher for the day.

National OIL (NOI), also was the beneficiary of this sudden turnaround and rallied from a low of $14.125 to a high of $15.9375 before settling at $15.6875 up 1.25% for the day.

The volume was extremely low at 192,000 shares which shows me that the "smart" money is holding on to their shares and is buying under $15 whenever given the chance.

Bill, was that YOU buying up all NOI shares, when it reached the low 14s ?

Rico
