Just because the trading shows no big blocks doesn't mean the institutions are not buying. Often, these block trades don't show up in the data that is posted at these sites. Other times they buy in smaller increments. Institutions will come on board once they think the stock is in an uptrend and that should happen anytime soon. The news concerning this possible breakthrough is very interesting and has not been widely disseminated. In fact, I just found out about this evening. If it pans out, it would be a major breakthrough for Newbridge. There is not doubt about that.
