Correct. But what really bothers me is the fact that these guys only pay ~ 0.00000001 % of the scam dollars they make. I would rather see them barred from the market or they can only buy a stock and be restricted to hold for one year. That would be nice but it is obviously a dream. Joe PTG&LI !!!
