Steve, I agree with you and can also echo the 'absolutelys'. An investor naturally wants to be aware of the negatives as well as the positives. As you say these boards can be useful but it seems to me that they have to be handled with care. They are open to both hype and doubt and either can influence the price of the stock and such can be used by market makers as well as competitors. There is a difference between advising the board of a negative aspect of a company and just being critical without the knowledge of anything negative. It seems that the longer a company goes without news the more restive people get and they are inclined to express negative feelings without real motives. A thousand pardons if anyone felt that I was referring to them in person. Best to all JWW
