This from David - who is beginning to think (albeit vaguely) about the Breeders Cup.

Haven't been able to work up much interest in the Breeders Cup races -- maybe because I'm afraid Skip Away may be hurt (he ran like a hurting horse in the Gold Cup) and they'll run him anyway for that damn money-earnings record and damage him. The Daily Racng Form has an advance sheet out, however. If I find the time and inclination to pick it up and handicap the races, I'll share my so-called expertise with you.
