It is possible ISV didn't know that what Core was doing was illegal. However, to have them as their PR firm after an SEC investigation is really questionable.. Was there an investigation or a warning? It wasn't clear. I wonder if ISV has been informed. Interesting. Thanks for the info! Also, does that mean Capital Mgmt. did not sell 100,000 shares? What caused the drop to $1.00? On Oct. 8th volume was 140,000 or so. much higher than previous week/month etc. I wonder if there is a lag in Form 4 filing once you've sold. Or do you have 90 days to submit as well? That may be the reason we haven't seen it. Empirical evidence says they sold. Just my humble opinion. Awashonks
