All: Have been lurking for nearly a year and arbitrarily chose tonight to debut on the thread. We all know that cable modems have a two year head start on xDSL in the high-speed residential market. With ITUs approval of the G.lite recommendations, the Telcos are in a much better position to compete with the cable internet providers. Might that have contributed to execs of @HOME Networks deciding to sell shares now that their competitive landscape has changed? wired.com EE-Times ran a generic article on ITUs activities related to xDSL. eet.com froland.
