Have you checked carlson ? www.carlsononline.com. With a price of under 20 cents a share I seriously doubt that it's ready for the big board. In their annual meeting management expected positive cash flow in the next year if oil prices returned to normal levels.As we both know this has not happened. I rate it as a watch if you have the time.
