I'll reserve judgement on the Harris VDSL Chip Manufacturing..

They may make great chips, but whatever you do, don't give them a contract for designing building and entire system. I just spent the weekend working out one of the 4000 bugs left in the ROCC, (a building the size of two football fields) which was built by Harris. Of course the USAF bought it.
