Actually you know that is a very valid concern. With the KNI hype starting Intel has to be careful not to stall current sales and also not to have too many non-KNI wafers on the go. They also have to make sure that they balance the wafers correctly because much like the PMMX introduction they have 3 distinct masks to process (Celeron, KNI PII, vanilla PII). This could either be excellent for Intel or a big mess.

PS. I am considering some Intel as an AMD hedge play.. thinking about it anyway ;-)
