TORONTO, Oct. 28 /CNW/ - Lytton Minerals Limited (''Lytton'') wishes to announce that it has received a dissident proxy circular from Howard Miller today. Mr. Miller's proxy circular states that it is being sent to certain unnamed holders of common shares of Lytton in connection with the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders of Lytton to be held on Wednesday, November 4, 1998 at 9:30 a.m. in Vancouver. In his dissident proxy circular Mr. Miller has repeated the allegations that he has made in his lawsuit against Lytton and others.
According to Mr. Miller's proxy circular, he is seeking proxies from unnamed shareholders, to vote in favour of an alternative slate of directors at the annual general and special meeting of Lytton, comprised of Messrs. Paul A. Carroll, Robert R.B. Dickson, Patrick J. Lavelle, Howard B. Miller and Robert A. Watts.
