OCCF reports .06 cents a share pro forma net income

on 40,475,000 shares for the 4th quarter Oct 31, 1996 and .19 cents a share for year ended same period.

Guess he was as good as his word. Additional production equipment ordered during 4th quarter is to be brought online in 1st quarter.
