You arguments have meat and I'm not selling. I just hope TCI and T will Fight for their rights . I'm more concerned about a compromise.After all if it seems T ATHM and TCI will be so successful in their venture as to eclipse the competition government might attempt to level the playing field in the name of fair competition.The saving grace is that @Homes contracts run out in a few years and then any other isp or robc can offer to compete for @home's contracts. T ,TCI and ATHM can argue that this time is necessary to develop competition,competition that will benefit the consumer.Not to mention time to recover a reasonable return on an incredibly huge investment.I could see T and Tci being told at some point to divest from @Home.
