Yea, IBM has been using the buyback scam for some time. (they're much worse than DELL)

of course all of that "borrow and buy and push up your numbers" ends as interest rates rise... which they will. count on it. Of course the debt remains and must be serviced puttting a drag on earnings for years to come, when all they got in return was a bloated sheet of paper at all time historically inflated prices.

Can't argue w/ you on this one. Short that POS.
