If I stop posting here I will have given up...and I'm still posting...so I do believe. What he did to CF was legal, on the surface at least. Illegal was his his activity with SFNB. He was touting the stock without declaring his personal interest in it. I described it a while ago on Yahoo thread. Those 44 were charged exactly for touting. That is why I am hoping that he, if not charged yet, at least lost his night sleep.
