I posted the following on the PLRP thread:
**** Off Topic **** I've got an update on the Rosario situation. I emailed Jill at Silicon Investor my complaint about Rosario's conduct on the Pacel thread. I got a reply that basically said I needed to give specific details and show how the Terms of Use (http://www.techstocks.com/terms.html ) were being violated.
I wrote back and made my case that Rosario's famous tag lines of "Warmest regards", "Best regards" and "Luv Ya!" were inflammatory in many cases because they were used with people who had already expressed a negative attitude toward Rosario. In short, if you know someone on SI doesn't like you and you goad them on with "Warmest Regards" and "Luv Ya!" at the end of your post, you're just fanning flames that create unrest, ill-will and, ultimately, can tank the thread to some degree.
It's one thing to have someone you don't like write something to you on the thread like: "Hey, this stock is tanking!" It's another for that person to write, "Hey, this stock is tanking! LUV YA!!!" Like I say, it's inflammatory, and I suggested to Jill that it violates item "B" of the Terms of Use, that Rosario's posts are "improper or otherwise objectionable."
No response yet to my email, but we'll see what comes of it. If my protest is met with any success, we may see Rosario make his point but then leave out those little pseudo-gentlemanly, but frankly insulting and provoking, taglines which he has become famous for.
