If it ain't lit. You must acquit! This excuse, i.e. defense, should work in any impeachment trial. Known as reason-based-on-rhyme, the technique had previously resulted in OJ's getaway with murder. On the other hand, if Ken Starr can prove that the cigar was combusted (meaning: to excite a combustible material by insertion till ignition), the defense can define the act as torture, not sexual relations with that woman (meaning: there was no perjury).
