About the Macintosh version of IE, well you just heard the one side story!! Did you see any hard proof , such as e-mail from Microsoft, written Documentation from Microsoft that Microsoft threatened Apple ? I did not. If the Judge judge the case based on the talked story of one side , then the judge is naive. If everyone said you are a criminal of some kinds of crime, that did not mean you are a criminal, it got to have hard proof to prove it. Just like a woman said she had a fair with you, I do not think the court will take her story as solid evidence unless she had solid proof to prove it, that why Clinton had to say sorry to everyone ever since the dress came to the surface, because based on the DNA test, that is the solid proof. All the evidence brought up by the DOJ against Microsoft are just fantasies, which are based on imagination and make ups. Nothing is solid. The judge needs solid evidence to judge the case , not by fantasy or imaginations, that is all our legal system all about. |
