Re IBM Press releases on Tivoli replacing Unicentre .... tricky ground this one - I have been involved in this kind of shitfight before - in this kind of market, there are bound to be examples of replacement on both sides. This kind of marketing wastes everyones time - EXCEPT where the main aim is to further motivate the sales forces. Selling & marketing on this basis pisses the customer base off & gets the business nowhere at all .....
