Great- it would be interesting to know why they were unable to close certain big deals. Going to CRNR - nobody likes image capture software anymore. Let's see what the Filenet folks say. I guess Filenet is just in competition with the scanning and image capturing part of CRNR and not the hardware displays. This apparently is why CRNR was hit with some loss of sales because they used to have Filenet resell displays for them but when CRNR got into the capture /scane business with ImageAccel they then became close competitors with File and File dropped them.
