Global Penny Stocks has the very same disclaimer pennystocks.com but guess what, yesterday they were successfully enrolled in SEC Hall of Shame with 43 other touts. Wait till you see how much their fines turn out to be $$$$ BTW I never buy stocks on newsletter recommendations. Quite the opposite, I stay far away from those stocks. Prices artificially pumped up, tend to burst and completely deflate. sec.gov
