enigma, good research. An investor who used the 10% bullish & 8% bearish lines as a buy/sell signal would not have liked the results. He would have sold at s&p 380 and missed 5years of gains. Either the signals are not what they used to be or we're seeing another example of a toppsy-turvy investment climate.
