I agree.. but with 2 1/2 years of online trading.. I've NEVER seen a penny stock do a split... a "forward" split... meaning that our shares that we own would increase while the stock price decreases accordingly with the same ratio..

as many said here earlier a rev split would be the most ridiculous thing that any company could do EVER with such a small float ...

this stock is already thinly traded ... reducing the shares anymore will devastate any market we have..

now let's think... BARON comes online just a few days ago and puts his reputation (what's left of it) on the line and says, "NO REV SPLIT..." and that it was a lie made up by shorts..

could it be that a "split" is coming.. he never denied a split was coming... only that a rev split was coming..

I will say this: if it is a regular split.. since I've NEVER seen it on a bb stock.. but often wondered what would happen if a very thinly traded stock did one to increase shares and lower price... well, I'll most likely hold what I have to see what happens..

the reason you never see a BB stock do a split, is because it takes the price down even though you get more shares... usually BB stocks make deals with others for whatever reasons and issue convertible shares to them.. in order for them to convert, alot of times the rev split is done to jack the price up so they can sell... other times the rev split is done to try and get the price to NASD $4.00 requirement... but I've never seen a stock do that and actually hold it's new positive above $4.00

so it's a guessing game right now to see which way we go..

rev split : I find an exit point and write it off as a loss and forward BARON's message about NO REV SPLIT to the internet fraud department

regular split: I get more shares .. price goes down to maybe attract more investors... and since it's the first time I'll have ever been in one... I'll likely hold and see what happens

if this NBMXD thing is all just an error by yahoo and ndb then I'll forget this whole message ; hope everyone is well... at least as good as can be until we get some answers
