K.J. It nice to see such optimism about good old AMH. A $24 price would be a stretch. That would make it a 6 year high and I just can't imagine AMH will do that in this coming year. I don't think the investment community has as much optimism about AMH as you do. Let talk in about 12 months and see if you indeed caught your wave. Casey
