That 60 second confirmation press release the put out about 1-1/2 months ago. Complete B.S. I have yet to get a confirmation in that time. When I questioned them on it after 10/12(as you'll remember my post), they told me they were a little behind.
Today I got sick of the shit, and once again called them on the carpet. this was what went down...
The guy first tried to tell me he has the release in front of him, and it said "execution" not "confirmation". (I said I was reading it also, and it said "confirmation". He put me on hold, and came back about 2 minutes later and said I was correct. They would give me 1 (ONE) trade for free, and that the press release was sent out BY ACCIDENT. IT WAS A MISTAKE, and they are planning on printing a retraction. I asked why it has taken so long to print it.
On hold again......he came back and said THEY DIDN"T HAVE THE TIME to print a retraction yet, and didn't know when it would happen.
This is exactly how this company does business. They are FRAUDS, LIERD, CHEATERS, and down right CRIMINALS.
This isn't a bitch about their system, or any tech problems, it's a teseimony to the shady actions that are all too prevelant with AMERITRADE.
No wonder they are losing market share. |
