Certainly in their conference call, Read Rite said they were running well under capacity and anticipated they could handle new business without having to add capacity.

I think there are several issues involved with capacity and the actual production of heads is only one part. The assembly of HGA's and HSA's was tight a couple of months ago. I remember we discussed a company in China that was suppose to be doing assembly for IBM and how they were totally under performing.

Do you find that ESD is becoming more manageable? There is also a shortage of high end suspensions with wireless interconnects. I am hoping Hutchinson will report they've made progress in their business and this will be a growing business.
