Nemer,

I presume you are making homemade yeast bread. If it is a plain white or wheat bread, take some of the dough and make pita bread. You dont even have to use the oven.

Take a cast iron frying pan. Roll the dough into about 6"-8" circles, and should be no more than 1/4" thick. Do not oil the pan, but lightly brush the the circles with olive oil. Use medium heat.

What would help the dough is a little baking powder, and the dough can be alittle moist.

Since you have zuchinnis - if you have a grill available. Slice the zuchinni into 1"-4" pieces, with about a 1/8-1/4" thickness. brush both sides with olive oil and season with cumin or chilli. grill them lightly to get grill marks on them. Dont overcook them.
