Hi Bruce
As far as releases are concerned the co has to guide us as to what to expect and when or simply release. While i am very hopeful they have it well in hand now, i trust that if IPM tests and re-tests their au results, they will go several steps further vis the pt. If the speculations i have seen in this thread should prove accurate, then the scope of the pt, in a country where there isn't all that much of same, is lge enough to warrant extremely extra-extra-careful documentation. While I don't know if IPM is thinking this way, if it is then that takes time, IMO. I have suggested to Eli that it might be prudent to attempt to get thru the BD au verification tests referenced in one of my earlier posts prior to dealing with pt. My two cents worth. Pt is a tricky kind of material which can linger in recovery loops for quite a while. In some quarters lengthy efforts to develop proprietary recovery techniques have been extensive exercises in frustration I have been told. I am not an expert in this area tho by a long shot. As a shareholder, I look at Le Furlong's most recent President's Letter as a broad template for the year. I have held this share for 3 yrs at least now. Been thru both suspensions. Listened to the harrangues and rodomontades from one editor of TNM,a rep of TSE, and also of the Az Bureau of Mining and Min- erals, and, well, on and on. I am no stranger to the anxieties this project can cause, nor to the pov's of its detractors. Things do not always adhere to strict timelines in the mining world. Vis IPM that has also been the case. BD is a cautious entity and that is basically very good for us, I believe. Nevertheless, their imprimature of this latest and hopefully most dramatic and exciting phase is still awaited. Such an imprimature on the au is a sine qua non. We get it, this will be a very good year (even tho gold has moved to the 90 day theory.. 90 more days like today, no more gold market :-) ) So as far as pt is concerned, we must take our cue fm IPM on that. I for one can wait, though. re hard rock tests: again this is an issue that should attend a sign-off from BD since that would provide IPM with an assay (at long last) they can stick with for resource/reserve measuring. |
