biz.yahoo.com Re discount of TSQD to DRIV. This discount will be there for a long time. However it is not likely to be there forever e.g. DRIV acquires TSQD, TSQD exercises option and sells the shares, TSQD announces that it will exercise and distribute DRIV shares etc. So longs will be rewarded eventually.
