Dear Lou: The lawyers have gotten back to me with their comments regarding the application to Small Cap Nasdaq.Unless the sky falls,we will file no later than this friday along with the appropriate newsrelease. We have received a lot of phone calls with respect to the Wall Street Corporate (not Court)Reporter.This is NOT a paid public relations piece.They solicited us,we are only paying for Reprints of the article. We have received comments/corrections today from Telephonica.We are one step closer to completion (half to the wall theory). Best Joe
