Well in the oft touted S&P Corporate records we see that Growth International is comprised at the very least of Fragrance Express and Sea Bridge Shipping. These two companies also appear in the list of companies in the corporate diagrams on the Red Baron's site. But there is also the addition by reference of Exclusive Cruises (XCLU) in one diagram and then Delta Vacation as well as Suxess Marketing and Travel. Now with the new merger with National Boston Medical, things are not at all clear to me. What I was looking for was a little DD (Due Disclosure).

Curiously XCLU has almost the identical stock classes and conversion rights. They have this hallmark 1 million shares of 10:1 convertible preferred. Since these are all non-reporting companies, the ownership of these companies is a little muddy. I was hoping, silly me, that Baron Marney was on this thread to answer questions about the company, as they have said on other threads. Since it was their diagrams, I was hoping, silly me, that Kevin Murphy, Mr. Baron Marney, would clear up these points. Well silly me. He was apparently too busy orchestrating the name and CUSIP change and the reverse split to actually be of service. Silly me.
