Kevin,
PRWT appears to be a roller. If you can get in at .015-.018 and ride to .03-.04 (I do not think the bid follows the ask too closely) you might make some money. The daily volume is huge. There must be a large quantity of shares outstanding and floating.... and opportunities for MM games. Based on the past performance, I can not see this as a long termer IMHO.
