They made millions of dollars and only pay fines of $15,000 - $40,000. Now that everybody know that they are only going to get a slap on the hand, more people will start doing this and just save $40,000 for the fine. The only way this is going to stop is to sue the companies that hired these touters. I need help finding the stock symbols of those companies that were touted.
