I'm no expert so that's why I'm asking the question but isn't what CREAF did insider trading? Do you have to actually be in the company whose stock is purchased. Obviously CREAF knew something material that was not yet available to the public - although Ballard did say they had wins. If it was KNOWN that the win was the std card on Gateway's systems this would obviously boost stock as it is doing today.
