I can see how that could reduce bids. On the other hand, by not knowing the actual minimum bid required, would others bidding against the bid manager add to the bids registered? I was just wondering, because I finally realized it was a waste of time bidding $1 for anything, and now bid early, slightly below what I believe to be a fair price for a product. I ran into trouble on some items, where my bid was not accepted because it was too far from the minimum "winning bid."

On the Quick Buy I agree with you wholly. Some of the items with high minimums seem like they could also reduce the number of bids, but I think those low starting bids for popular items could make up for some of that.

Thank you for the response. I guess not too much info is in that milestone, except that people are still interested in Onsale's products.
