(Nasdaq: XGNT; Chicago: XNT) today announced that subsidiary Software Technology, Inc. (STI) has recently signed software and engineering service contracts with a number of customers. These contracts, although not individually large, nevertheless represent an important element in Exigent business activities.
The aggregate potential dollar value of current STI contract services bookings of this kind has now risen to more than $20 million. This figure is in addition to other, previously reported business.
Under the terms of these agreements, STI will provide a range of advanced satellite command and control engineering, general software engineering, and MIS development services in the Windows(R) NT and UNIX(R) environments. The usual duration of these contracts is up to five years.
