To Frank or anyone who knows:

WHEN the NR comes where is it likely to be available FIRST besides here? I know the VSE forced a deal on everyone to disseminate through a single source (which I can't think of at the moment!), But I'm wonderin' if it would be posted to WSP website first or possibly to the VSE board first or what. Who would Sophie fax it to first, before anyone else? Hmmmmm?
