Sorry for the delay...I don't check messages daily.

ULB is the LARGEST blood lab in CA with a very high profile. They are very much in debt because they have beem VERY busy buying out any and all competition. Fine. But they haven't exactly lived on rice & beans while doing this...compensations are not excessive, but not appropriate for such a debt-ladened comp. Their facilities are all first-class, slick, modern...so they seem not to care about the balance sheet now.
I have talked to the CFO once before...about a year ago...and he clearly outlined the above strategy. Once they own all the pie then margins will increase, debt will lower, and analysts will finally pay attention. I first bought at nearly $3! See why I called the CFO??
People in CA are gradually accumulating this stock, SOROS has a bunch, so I doubled my position last month at less than $1. It is just now beginning to perk up.
I have another call into the same guy...Richard something...because I don;t believe he has the foggiest idea how to market...I have never found a home page for them, and he probably is totally unaware of the NAIC and AAII, etc.
Darn!! I can't find the piece of paper with his name and phone # on it. Oh, well. Look the address up in Standard & Poor and call him. He usually is very willing to converse. If several of us bother him maybe he'll take out more time for marketing....and stock will benefit.
Oh! LaST Q10 Showed less loss...so its on the right track.
