Well it is my understanding, as near as I can tell, that Fragrance Express, well really Growth Industries, had the container shipping (no ships) the travel agency, the Fragrance imports (chocolates, cigars) and some stake in XCLU which has the Acqua Azzurra and an announced deal for The Brazil Hotel in Miami. The claimed book value on all or part of this whatever was a part of the company as of the financials published at S&P Corporate Records, was claimed to be $2.93.

Now we have National Boston with their dental tools and germicidal hand lotion that is being merged into FGRX. They are a distributor for BonTempi tools, made in Europe evidently (East or West not specified), and we have some press releases about some sales of these products to others. The financials for National Boston prior to the merger is unknown to me any way at this time. So the actual book value, which I already calculated at 67&cent's when combined with whatever NBM's value really was before the merger, has gotten rather hard to figure. Primarily since I know so little about National Boston at this time.
